Privacy statement

Who. m.centerdesk.nl is run by EVweb BV / Centerdesk. It is a demo and review environment for the WWWveilig Authenticator and Futura apps: you can create an account and try signing in with your phone. Contact: support@centerdesk.nl.

What we keep.

• Your name and e-mail address, and whether you confirmed that address.
• Your password, only as a one-way hash: we cannot read it.
• Whether a phone is paired. The pairing itself (a device identifier and the push token of the app) is kept by the app's own service: api.wwwveilig.nl for WWWveilig, apifutura.centerdesk.nl for Futura. Both are run by us.
• A log of sign-ins and security events: time, IP address and browser type.

We do not ask for, and do not keep, your phone number, location, contacts or any other data.

Why. To give you an account and let you sign in with an approval on your phone (the agreement with you), and to keep the service secure, for example against password guessing (our legitimate interest).

Who else. Nobody, with one technical exception: sign-in prompts reach your phone through Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) or Apple (Push Notification service). They receive the app's push token and the text of the prompt, not your name or e-mail address. We send e-mail from our own mail server. We sell nothing and use no advertising or analytics.

Cookies. Only the ones the site needs to work: a session cookie and a security cookie. No tracking.

How long. Your account stays until you delete it. Accounts whose e-mail address is never confirmed are deleted after 7 days. Sign-in and security logs are deleted after 12 months; after an account is deleted they keep only the account number.

Your rights. You can see your data on your account page, change your password there, and delete your account at any time - that also unpairs your phone. For anything else (a copy of your data, a correction, a question) mail us. You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
